AI transformation
How I help teams adopt AI where it changes the work — finding the leverage, building the tooling, and enabling people so the change sticks after I leave.
What I doAI transformation & enablement
I’m Ben Brenner — an operator who helps teams adopt AI where it moves real numbers: mapping the high-leverage workflows, building the tooling, and enabling people to ship with it. I prove it the hard way — by building and running real products end to end.
The same operator, at three altitudes.

I work end to end: mapping how the work really happens, building the tooling with AI, and enabling teams to keep shipping without me in the room. The apps are how I prove it — real products I designed, built on Cloudflare’s edge, and still run. Before software I spent a decade telling stories on film, and I still write long-form essays on the questions that turn out to be more interesting than they sound.
